The Australian National Centre for Audit and Assurance Research (ANCAAR) seeks to foster and disseminate research in auditing and assurance that is of significance to policy makers, regulators and practitioners.
The Centre provides briefings and training seminars for practitioners and regulators in Australia, Oceania and Asia, hosts scholars and practitioners who collaborate with ANCAAR members on research projects.
The annual ANCAAR Audit Research Forum provides critical exposure to significant emergent research. Forum participants range from PhD candidates to internationally acclaimed senior scholars.
ANCAAR's innovative Research Internship Program gives students a rare opportunity to actively engage in the research process, working with established researchers on audit research projects.
