Research in RSA

RSA encourages interdisciplinary research, but has several areas of concentration. Some of these are facilitated by ANU research centres and RSA research groups.

Research centre

Australian National Centre for Audit and Assurance Research: ANCAAR provides a focus for leading research in auditing and assurance services.

Research groups

Corporations, Governance and Society (CGS)

The CGS Research Group has multidisciplinary interests in researching issues in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, emphasising the governance of relationships between corporations and their stakeholders through institutions, markets and regulation.

Public Sector Accounting (PSA)

The PSA Research Group has been established to promote research in public sector accounting and related areas, and encourages innovation through cross-disciplinary research.

Research areas

The following are areas of major activity in the School. The projects of staff and graduate students frequently cross over these areas.

We also encourage prospective research students to explore the research interests of individual RSA staff.
